Please post your code and tutorials here.A web template is technocally code, as the user will have to change the HTML and CSS files to fit hi/her needs. If you ask me, both HTML and CSS sections would have been appropriate for this post.

When you think CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) you think code. Most users when they go into this section, it's for asking a question, learning a tutorial, or getting a code for an effect listed in the topic. You may have used CSS, however the average user is being misinterpreted going to this topic looking for code, and seeing an image of the user interface of a web layout.
