Install Builder .Net its a program that can create Software Installers (something like the "Clickteam Install Creator").
It has many features, and a very nice UI Design. Here are some pictures.

Features Installer Options:
Custom Installer Icon
EULA File (only .txt)
Default Installation Directory (for the installer)
Features Product Details:
Product Name, Company Name, Copyright, Trademark, Version
Update Information, Support Link, Help Link, Product Comments
Features Files & Folders:
Source Directory (Scans the directory and gets everything folders, subfolders, files etc.)
Show Item information on DoubleClick
Desktop Shortcut for how many files you want
Show File Name, Installation Directory, File Size
Remove Item

Uninstaller will remove only the files installed and itself nothing else.

The building process is done by using Threds so the window wont freeze and the StatusBox will be constantly updated.
Because CodeDom doesn't allow resource duplicates all the files will be copied and renamed with a random string and then added to the installer. Every time you delete an item from the "Files & Folders" it will also delete the copied and renamed file.

Features Installer Wizard:
Installation ProgressBar
Current file reporting
Installation Abort (Yes, No)
The Unistaller will be added to the Control Panel's Installed programs list, so it can be started from there
The wizard has 6 steps (Presentation, License Agreement, Directory Selection, Confirmation, Progress and Completion)
*If there is no EULA set, the "License Agreement" step will be skipped.
And you also can abort the installation at any time.

That's it! The software is BETA version so there may be some bugs. ill post it for download soon.

Update: 6/4/13
I found a serious bug in the Abort Installation subroutine. So the software wont be released for a couple more days.
