You know that some months have 31 days, and some others have 30 days, how many have 28 days?

Only 1 month has 28 days, and it is February. Except for on leap year, then it is 29 days.

I've been specific enough... I asked how many months have 28 days... And Lewis answer it correctly. It isn't that hard hehe.
