Yeah it's me again :D

I have a ubuntu on my pc and im going to install win7 but i read that it destroys the linux grub and makes it unbootable. Can somebody show me how i can keep ubuntu and install windows? Thanks. Also, the windows is an iso, how do i make the cd bootable or is it already bootable?

Make a new partition which is useful for dual booting( I'm using 4 partitions right now lol ) with a program like Ease us partition master which isn't free( I have it , you can also use http://www.partitionwizard.com/free-par ... nager.html , which I didn't try (yet)) and install ubuntu on that partition :P

I've heard of people come across this problem, but I never have. Before you dual boot backup your data. Then make a new partition (I'd say 8GB or more) and put your cd, or flash drive in for the Ubuntu installation, and install it like you normally would, but on the new partition. After you've done the whole installation it should work perfectly fine. (You can also give EasyBCD a try)

Linux can't run exe's lol. Except wine, which won't help if the app need permissions like these.

EasyBCD is a windows app. I don't recommend trying to use it on Linux even using Wine, but I threw it out there for others.

It'd be easier if you installed windows first and then ubuntu or whatever
