The idea is to create an app where you can upload and purchase applications, like a store using CnS credits.
I started working on it today, so currently it looks like this:

So it's the online store with a downloadable app.
What's wrong with the online page? Not saying it's a stupid idea though.

This is an interesting idea.
You could use this to update your software, it works really well (not just saying that because I made it).
I also have plans in place to create a new service for the site soon that will include software/file hosting for doing things like updates, messaging, bug reports, product keys etc with an API.
