I've tried to make one before, if anyone remembers :P (I think it was calling it SnowFTP?)

Well, I'm trying again! I want one or two people to help me out. I need someone to make SMALL graphics(buttons, icons, ect.) I will be making all the larger ones (Such as themes). I also need someone who knows a lot about the internet and how Vb.NET works with it.

There are some requirements:
You MUST have TeamViewer - It's FREE!
You MUST have a WORKING email address that WILL accept .RAR files.
You MUST have WinRAR - Despite was it says, you don't have to pay at all, I've been using it over a year for free.

And there are some thing you should have, but don't need too:
Photoshop CS3+(Or GIMP 2)
A Windows Live email to chat with me, it makes co-op programing way faster.

Couldn't it be OK to use Paint.NET? It is basically a just a little dumbed down version of Photoshop.
