I'm actually friends with the developer. I mainly know him for his app RealWorld Cursor Editor, which is a windows app to make your own cursors. Both static (.cur) and animated (.ani) The dudes really good, and pretty cool too.

iConvert is the best site for converting images to icons, cause it'll convert the image, to an icon for OS 10, Windows, and Linux. While the other sites don't.

For web developers JSFiddle is a great Dreamweaver alternative.
