has been solved
works like a charm to load my events from the db

just made the db looks like
day, month as integers
and that seems to be working very well.

Hello,

It has been solved
no idea why 4.6 won't work on other computers
even with the supported 4.6 sqlite.dll file

but i have returned my application to 4.5 and with other sqlite file that support 4.5 and seems that works fine on other computers
