you can always photoshop yourself the maximize, minimize and other buttons and then put picture boxes with transparent backrounds. Have the code for each the following : Maximine : Me.Maximize Minimize : Me.Minimize Close : Me.Close I think i put the wrong code...but im not sure, too lazy to open up...

if u open it and have it immediately click at the X,Y cord. then have it minimize might work. Since the code would be performed quickly if thats what you want. Otherwise im sure theres a way, maybe have some sort of code go in form load.
