Any other Linux users out there besides myself???

Well I have a lot of distros on my flash drives, and it's quite a big list, but the main two distros I use are Ubuntu 10.04, and Kubuntu 10.04 now.

What distros are you running???

You do know you can use Wubi to dual boot windows, and Linux right? You can use the same hard drive or a separate one, and it's completely safe bro. Alternatively you can use Live CD's.

The requirements are listed on the website.

384MB RAM
At Least 5GB hard disk space, for an os to run on. (doesn't matter what drive, just need 5+ GB for it to run)
Win 98/2000/XP/Vista

It'll work on windows 7 too.

No problem, there's KDE based Linux distributions, as well as GNOME based Linux distributions. To findout what distro would fit you best I'd say look into them, and try a KDE distro, and then a GNOME distro, and see which one fits you right there. I personally am a GNOME distro user myself.

Some of them are;

Debian
Ubuntu
Linux Mint
Fedora
Kubuntu

and Gentoo.
