iPhone 4 won't send pictures

Yeah, I have a iPhone 4 on MetroPCS and sending and receiving pictures used to be just fine and then yesterday I tried sending someone a picture on iMessage and it said it Delivered but they didn't actually get it. I'm on iOS 6 and my phone's jailbroken. Does anyone know a fix for this?
