We have some bottles of bacteria killers that include some alcohol and move pretty fast on your hands and it doesn't stay long, it basically disappears when you add it to your hand.
Is it something disinfectant ?

Sanitizer? A sanitizer is similar and I tried it today, it works the same as that fluid in the video.
