LEGO Case for the Raspberry Pi
comathi
If you're like me and you have too many LEGO bricks laying around, here's a fun (and useful) little project for you.

I found this post on the Raspberry Pi forums showing you how to make a case for your Pi out of lego bricks.

The Raspberry Pi fits in perfectly, and the design even includes some of those flat LEGO pieces, so the soldering on the back of the Pi doesn't get damaged as it shifts (slightly) inside the case.

The great thing about this is that you don't need the exact same pieces as shown, color and size-wise. As long as you end up with a 9x13 base, you'll be alright.

Here's my attempt at building the case:

And here it is with the top removed (the wire you see plugged in the GPIO ports is connected to the temperature sensor for Project Temperature :) ):

Enjoy building the case if you decide to do so. I know I did lol

PS: If you don't have all the pieces, or you're just not the creative type, you can buy kits to make the case here: http://www.thedailybrick.co.uk/lego-set ... -case.html
