1st ill start off saying mandai its your time to shine
second my first question is
is it smart to leave my laptop plugged in 24/7 or atleast as much as i can
my second question is
is it smart to leave my laptop on(like sleep) 24/7

There is no problem in leaving your laptop on/sleeping 24/7, as long as you keep it in good working conditions.
Just make sure it does not get too hot.

Yes, make sure it stays ventilated (nothing blocking the fan and such).

I would make sure the base is elevated aswell so air can circulate underneath it by propping it up with a book at each corner or something..leaving a fan turn on blowing cool air on it would be good or one of those laptop cooling stations.

Yeah, like my mom does, just make the cooler get air by tilting it on nights when your going to sleep
