Graphics card good for gaming?

ok so im getting a new laptophttp://www.asus.com/Notebooks/Versatile ... ifications(yes again)
now it says it has a Integrated Intel® GMA HD
which im not sure it is (like x5000 or x4500)
so im wondering-is it good for playing minecraft CASUALLY
like building houses playing on easy and such
and if it isn't is there a way to switch the graaphics card for something, like say an AMD radeon which i heard is very good

That is the same Laptop I am buying soon.
I picked this one because I am not a PC gamer, if you want to play games I wouldn't go for something with integrated graphics but im not that good with the physically side of computers
