Snips Tips & Tricks

Hello Everyone,
I was just using my Visual Studio to make something and I had a thought...why not create a section in the community where you can all post your little code snippets or any tips/tricks you may know of that other members may find useful.
We have a section for tutorials which have code for creating applications but let have this section to post bits of code which people can add/use in there applications

I will post a few little snips to show you what I mean so you can get an idea of what to post.
