Hello everybody today I will be showing you how to make this effect

First get a texture of cork board or something like it. I am using this

(Optional) If you want the same font you can download it here
http://fontfabric.com/portal-free-font/
Now open up Photoshop and press ctrl+n.
(Optional) Copy my exact settings

Press OK
Now Press CTRL+O and import your cork board picture. Now make you picture fill up the entire canvas

Hold CTRL and look at you layers panal select both your picture and background layer and press CTRL+E. This will merge your two layers.
Create a new layer by pressing CTRL+Shift+N and press ok
Select your paint bucket tool bby pressing G and double check it's the paint bucket tool
Now click on your foreground color and set its hex value to 00ff3c
Then just simply click on your picture (MAKE SURE YOU HAVE IT ON YOUR SECOND LAYER!!!)
Click on your layer (not background) and change its clending option to linear burn
it should now look like this

Now press T and make make the font and size whatever you want
I'm using Portal Black with 303 size font
Now select your font layer and press CTRL+A
this should select everything on your canvas. Press V and look near the top. Press the 2 icons i highlighted in the picture

this should center your text and it should look like this

Press CTRL+D to deselect your canvas
Now look at your layers panal and select your text again and set its blending option to Soft Light which will give the engraved text effect.

Double click your text layer and click on drop shadow. Mess around with this until you find what you like. I decided i liked these settings.

You are now done wahooo;

Basic, but poor effect. Grass are not all the same color, cause of lighting, shadows, etc:
Here's a basic one, a few brushes, dodge/burn, gradients, and a few filters for lighting.
