if the program loads then slides up and close then remove any hacktools/application decompilers if the updater hangs then re download the update fix on first page

I'm sure most of the settings here are available to view and modify by the built in Windows programs (i.e. msinfo32, regedit, control panel, gpedit.msc, dxdiag, etc + a bit of internet searching).

no, only regedit and u have 2 know the key names + value no. if u manually do it and dont know the names then u can make sys not bootable all tweaks r hidden and not viewable by ms tools

i have an update 4 w7i but im on a stupid wii so cant update it just yet sry i have removed most of application start-up code, do it crash starting up ? any error txt thx

If by hidden you mean not there by default that just means you have to find them, the research will take care of that.

Whats to stop us comparing registry snapshots before/after tweaking to find out for ourselves?
Its also true some software can mess up the registry as well.
