I use 000webhost with 3 SQL servers alot and I have had NO I repeat NO viruses. I scan my laptop and PC with AVG whenever I do something on the system (add drivers etc) and visit alot of websites in one day.

So the answer is: No

Oh, and if you want to know, my anti-virus is: Avast
So, it's a quite good one, so, don't think 000webhost is THAT bad.
It's faster that freehostia, so yeah :P
