sometimes, programs or games starts being not-responsive for half a second when i click them - and they dont really accept that click... And also sometimes apps starts doing this over and over again - beeing not-responsive every half a second...
It's like app in back would like to get on top... (even there's only desktop in back...)
I know i poorly described this error but ti started few days ago and it's really annoying! (it mostly starts when i launch windowed game or other big aplication)
thanks in andvance...
EDIT: and app's icon moves a bit right , and when it's last in line it just moves right and jumps back...
and it doesnt appear if game/app is full screen!
and it is fixed for 5 minutes if i maximize app and then windows it again

Nailing my feet to the floor is easier than using my own muscles to balance, but you don't see me doing that
If its an online game say Combat arms and you lag you need gamebooster or it does that
it does that to mine if i dont use gamebooster by I0bit

yeah, it's cabal, but if that lags, then Mozzila and even visual studio lags too...
and it can be temporaly fixed by settings game on full screen and back on windowed
