Say you've developed an application, and you made sure that it didn't require the .NET Framework, and you released it giving all it's requirements out, except the framework, so lets just say it's compatible with Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7 and that's it, well when a user download it, and tries to run the program they'll get the error below, that is if they don't have the .NET Framework Installed. (NOTE: This is after a clean install of Windows XP)
So when you develop your applications, and you want others to use them, make sure you have them install the .Net Framework unless you developed your application using another program, or programming language such as Jabaco, AutoIt v3, or one of my personal favs now QtCreator.
So I just thought I'd have you guys be aware of this particular thing inside the Visual series, and not get fooled like I did.
