Hello,
I have a few things to say.
1. If your program is not something very heavy, like a big photo editing application, or a game engine, or the likes, PLEASE do not create an installation. Or if you do, please provide just the "Release" folder too.
2. If you're providing the source, it is nice to make the code understandable from our point of view, like comment it and give a generous amount of space between different functions.
3. If you are making a remake of someones program, give credits to them and their application. It makes you seem like a nicer person, and it is the best thing to do.
The reason I stated #1 is because nobody really likes installing someones application, then seeing it is only a .exe that is 0.5 MB. Including me.
And another thing to CodenStuff or others: Where is Nery? He is inactive.
And yet another thing to CodenStuff: You should really try to get www.vbforums.com to sponsor you, would be great for you and them to have a sponsorship cooll;
That is all

I like your overall guidelines but the sponsors thing is something I too want. Because it will help vbforums more than they will help us because they don't have any latext stuff which we have and all their forums are filled with old stuff.
