[June 24] Added resource page to the site

[June 26] Redesigned top forum contributor bar
[June 26] Begun redesign of credit page
[June 26] Credit page features organised into tabs
[June 26] Added topup history to credit page
[June 26] Increased list of files earning you the most credits to now show 10
[June 26] Fixed blog posts display issue

[June 28] Added tinypic image uploads to posting page
[June 28] Modified tinypic mod to work with highslide so large images fit in posts

[June 29] Fixed issue with new forum contributor code
