Defraggler Defrag Help

After a fraggler defragmentation, the files are still a little spread out. How can i make all the files at the end look like this:

It doesn't mean they would be less fragmented if they are close to each other :?

I am trying to shring a partition on my hard drive. The closer the files are together, the more i can shrink a partition.

I did some research and found a disc management program (called EASEUS) that can do what i wand

If you need to defrag it completely you should make sure there are no files in use on the drive. If you are running the operating system from this drive then you could boot and run a defrag program from a different disk.
