How do you add a splash page/intro page to your website

how do you add a splash page or intro page to weebly. and start before you enter the website and a button that says enter

There's a couple ways to do this. However I advise you not to. The viewers of the site usually don't like it, it wastes time, and isn't really needed. All the user needs to see/read is the content on the main site itself.

It keeps the site looking nice, sleek, and professional. Don't screw that up with some stupid intro. It's not needed nor recommended.

Take a look at my site Alternative Apps for example, and see how everything's put together very nicely, categorized, and for the website it is. The users get the content they want.
