Hello,

It seems like every other day theres a report about Apple suing Samsung or Samsung suing Apple over patents and designs and its getting a bit stupid now in my opinion. Both Apple and Samsung keep fighting eachother trying to get eachothers tablets banned from sale in loads of countries around the world in what seems like a petty little fight between two 5 year old children fighting over a toy. Personally I think Apple are starting to get a bit scared of Samsung and other tablet manufacturers because they have been the leaders in the tablet market for a few years now but rivals are starting to appear that are far better than the iPad in many different ways with Samsung being one them and Apple know the iPad is about to take a dive.

I have nothing against Apple they make good stuff but theres better stuff out there now and they cant continue suing everyone over stupid little things. At the moment the only true rival devices to Apples iPad are those using Android but my predictions are that at the end of next year when Windows 8 is released and Windows 8 tablets hit the shops it will be one of the greatest technology battles in history possibly known as the great tablet war lol.

Apple currently have almost total ownership of the tablet market with Android creeping in behind them but I think Android tablets will drop very low once Windows 8 arrives. Windows is still used on about 85% of the worlds desktop computers and with Windows 8 being able to run on desktops, laptops and tablets its going to make life so much easier for everyone without needing to worry about compatibility issues or file conversions etc when transferring data from one device to another and with almost everyone still using Windows it keeps everything simple and Windows 8 tables will be Apples biggest threat and a battle they could very possibly lose. My money is on Windows 8

Apple, Samsung and all the rest which does include Microsoft they all need to grow up and stop these stupid fights and instead have some faith in their products and not waist time trying to ban the sale of their rivals products just to boost their own. Grow up!.

I agree, thses lawsuits are incredibly stupid. I evene read in a computer magazine that Apple had sued Samsung because they had a phone similar to the iPhone. Well... it just so happens that alot of part (including the camera) in the iPhone are made by Samsung.

lol yes see everyone is suing eachother and its all because of 1 thing..competition! seriously they need to grow up.

Windows 8 will support everything that runs on your PC rite now its completely compatible and everything will run on tablets aswell apart from ARM based tablets only metro apps will run on those.

Honestly I don't care about Samsung and Apple sueing each other. As their both companies obsessed with money, but as long as I get a good product I'm fine.
