You would need two static ips for the DNS, then you could run your site on one of those computers.

I'm 99.99% sure you can't get a free .com (unless you win a contest or whatever) but you can easily get a free .tk domain name. All you have to do is register with your current domain, and it will give you a .tk . This actually redirects to your website, but the adress bar says .tk
