True it does lag, and also, Norton keeps telling me Minecraft is using too much RAM , BTW, my laptop is only a year old and has 4GB of RAM.

I'm not talking about multiplayer btw... It doesn't lag at all... I even tried minecraft in school with their sucky pc's that cant even run windows xp properly and it worked fine

Very true, my schools computers(downgraded from 7 to xp) that barely work, start minecraft in a matter of 2 seconds. And the game runs smooth with lowest graphics settings and a far render distance

for me why do i love to play minecraft? its because in this game your the boss you do what ever you want jump in the cliff of the mountain ,dig a tunnel ,make your house, or what ever you like . i just remember this saying don't judge the game on graphics because you'l never know until you play it
