view html in apk

Hello,
I have a html file and that file must be displayed in a .apk file.
So there is a apk file with all files in it (images, index.html). If your program manages the boot on your mobile you get the html file for you.
The problem is, I can not transfer images and files apk a stop so how do I do?
Please say if you don't understand it and I try to explain it better. ;)
