its just the fact it happens so randomly it seems, it may be a fault with the motherboard. i had a computer brought to me the other week showing the same symptoms. turned out to be a faulty motherboard in turn that caused a hard-drive failure.

well i didn't add any new drives only thing i did was updating windows 7

Well a lot of the time BSOD is caused from faulty RAM etc., I'd get your computer checked out I don't think it's software related

well i didn't work this defrag
but i deleted the latest software i added
and we keep watching and hope it don't crash again :)
