yes like Dummy said it's the e in the sub statement, you could try changing it to Byval eve as System for example then you won't you have conflicting declarations

i even run the .exe itself and save the text and no errors

it works the same likes yours, and the code is much shorter.
source code and exe are encluded in a zip file.

Cool... ,
the good thing on that kind of encryption is that, you can choose your own
designated letters / values to replace each letter and vice versa.

Hey Guys
I have had a Modem crash this afternoon so i have only just got back on..
Thanks all who replied and even sent examples of Decrypters for me to tryout
.. I still had issues with my one, I think it was because i was running it in VB2008 Pro and not 2010.. So anyways thanks to all and i will +rep you all for the help. = Respect
