Yes can! :D , For that you need FM Transmitter, Then connect your Audio Out from On-Board to FM Transmitter and start your own On-Air FM Broadcast! wahooo;

But there are lots of rules to get transmission license, For that contact FM Broadcast Service Provider in your area :)
