Just look at the tutorial for the screen recorder, somehow find a way to send it over the internet,
download the chat program source code, and make it transfer text & sound.

Just stream audio and video input from one user to another over an highly encrypted(128bit key? Oh yes) secure network connection.

i guess you could use the teamviewer source(
http://www.teamviewer.com/download/Team ... Source.zip) and instead of using the desktop u could use the webcam app from imbetatv(codenstuff) to send the webcam. btw i think teamviewer is C# or C++
