Well I ran both as admin on my 7 x64 machine and it generated BFEBFBFF000106E5, But the Test App says it cannot locate my HWID.

Anyway, If you get this working can you post a source or a tut? I like this method of verification/activation.

I've added your Hardware ID to my list, try running Test App.exe again :]

Do this does :
HWID Generator gets your computer ID
Test App.exe ( when run ) will check your ID to a list online. If it match you can run it, if it doesnt match ( meaning it doesnt exist ) then you cant run it
