That isn't supported by windows, you'll have to download some spare dlls or sdks from net to get it to work.

Yes, you can make a pronunciation software by adding a textbox + a button with the same code. I know cuz I once made one lol. A pronunciation software is really more attractive than a tts software, not considering the fact that they both do the same thing.
