Hello Everyone!
I wanted to say that it is not a Graphics Card issue at all. It is just Visual Basic that can't support transparent things perfectly.
And Hungryhounduk, I wanted to do a request. I wanted to ask that if you want to share any skins with your members then can you please make the images background transparent? I mean some of your images have wallpaper with them. It is very difficult for me to remove the wallpapers from your skins!

I usually do put all my Images as .Png Files, If you have got some with Backgrounds on then they were just Screenshot Images

mmm that's Strange :? As i get no Error with mine
Has anyone else had an Error with this App, If so please post below and let me know what it says and i will rectify it.

I have just re-tested this app and I dont get any Errors, So the Problem is on your Computer

That is a Link to Codenstuff, which Opens up in IE, As i said above its your Computer, Maybe you dont use IE or use another Browser, I dont Know?, but that seems to be your issue.

mmm Well if you look at my Screenshot on the first Page of this Post, You will see that mine is Perfect cooll; so if yours is showing dots or whatever, then it is a Graphics card issue, as if it wasn't then the dots would show up on mine, and if it did, i would not have posted it up...
