Is this what you are after?
It uses SendInput to press and release keys (so it should work in most games). The keys are displayed as identifiers for their built in keycodes in the program's textbox, these identifiers are seperated by a space character.
The program also checks to see if the target window is in focus before pressing each key. It also features some before/during delays.
