Hello,

Well some of the changes I mentioned are already being worked on but the cleanup and new features wont be added until the new year and will probably be added gradually instead of all at once.

Selling your apps on the site will be done through the forum the same way you do when making any other post. A special section will be created for the "shop" but the layout will be slightly different to the rest of the forum and it will have "real cash" credit options instead of the code credit options. So to sell your software you would create a new topic and add description/upload your files and set a price...we all know how to add/edit/change topics so this way it will be quick and easy. We will have a special area on site to display all software for sale which will have special features like moving your items to the top of the list and having it featured around the site and things like that. Im not going to go into too much detail because im constantly adding and changing stuff as I work on it but its already looking pretty good.

So far I have thought of 2 ways for people to buy your software.

Way 1: Buying cash credits
- A member can buy real cash credits using paypal and then use those credits to buy/download your software in exactly the same way as the code credit system. For example you can buy 10 cash credits for £1/$1

Way 2: Direct through paypal
- A member can buy your software by paying you directly through paypal (If you are able to use it)

So when posting your software on the forum you choose how many real cash credits to charge and/or add a paypal email address for direct payment. You will be able to withdraw any real cash credits you earn and have it sent to your paypal account in the future or exchange them for vouchers or computer games/dvds/gadgets and other items in the credit shop. You will also be able to see what youve sold, how many youve sold and how much youve earned in the new improved credit manager so you can keep track of all your sales. Im already excited about this because I think its going to be a great addition to the site and benefit everyone :)

Loads of other new stuff planned aswell like a new homepage, more links and resources to help you learn programming for all platforms and more news so you can keep up with whats happening in the software/hardware world.

I think I'm the most excited person! And I would love if there were Mobile, Smartphones and other programming sections.

The site modifications are coming on nicely and so far I have a new layout that will be used for the "shop" forum where you list your software for sale and a working shop page that displays listings in a kindof gallery format. These are still work in progress and will have loads more things added to them and changes made before I finish and it goes live on site.

Here are some pics for you so you can see the progress:
