Same here but my computer needs formatting cuz whenever I load a video there first comes an error. But after pressing OK it works as usual. It only a problem with the User32 dll file.

Nope, my computer finds that User32 dll file problem in all the applications, Opera, Skype, Avast!, all of 'em.
