Same here but my computer needs formatting cuz whenever I load a video there first comes an error. But after pressing OK it works as usual. It only a problem with the User32 dll file.

I doubt that it is a User32 dll problem. You can just reinstall Google Chrome and check if that solves the problem.

Nope, my computer finds that User32 dll file problem in all the applications, Opera, Skype, Avast!, all of 'em.

What is the exact error message you are getting?

I don't help with it, just told it. I will just format it.
