Features so far.
SMTP
By default Mail Machine use gmail.com smtp server.
But you can configure it to use what ever SMTP server you use.
SSL/SSH is optional.
Image

OK, so now you have your SMTP setup and you want to send a peice of mail to someone. The first thing you need todo is add this person to your Contact List.
Image
Enter the contact's Name and Email Address
The Mail Machine works from the email address, but the name is there to help you remeber who you are sending mail to.
From here, you can choose to ad this contact to any list. Email, News Letter, or Both.
When you click the "Add" button it will create a record that can be accessed at any time.

Now after you have added a contact you can send them an email.
Image
Just fill out the email form. Add attachment if you choose. Then click the Send button.

Using the Contact List Feature

Also there are PreMade Subjects that can be edited or new ones added.

News Letter
The News Letter uses a template system. All the templates are the same but you can change the color of the template. There are 5 sections to the News Letter Header,Links,Notes,Content,Footer.
All these sections are editable.
Image
This News Letter can be send to multiple people. Just click on the "Contact List" in the main menu. THis will bring up the News Letter Contact List.
Image
Just put a Check in the checkbox to whom you want to send the News Letter to. This will add the contact to the News Letter "Send To:" box along with there email address.
Now Choose your Template color (default blue) and Edit the Header, Notes, Content, Footer sections and click the "Send News Letter" button.

Links
Links are stored and add to the News Letter when you click the "Send News Letter" button.
To edit what links are added, just click the "Edit Links" on the main menu. This will bring up the Edit Links window.

From here you can Add or Remove any links.

I really like your images of Mail Machine, Scottie :D
Can't wait to try it, seems like a pretty awesome app. You and Casirus should team up, then he makes a Messenger, and you make an Email Manager :D
