You should make the program change the screen resolution if you want this low resolution image to be convincing.
Also when I close this with alt+F4 it stays in the process list.

why don't you make a blue form and add white text? that would get the best quality.

Whenever I open and close any of the vb files including my own, they still stay in the prrocess list... What's the matter?

if you want it to not stay in process list
Write "End" in FormClosing or FormClose
