In England we Make those with Currants and Sultanna'a in and call them Scones

We have it in Qatar too. In qatar a biscuit means a sweet (or maybe not so sweet) snack which we can have with tea or coffee.

When i think of a biscuit, i think of a small, rectangular cookie-like treat that you can dunk in milk, coffee, etc. (I live in America)
