Turn off all lights. If there is a light tthat you cannot turn off, try covering it with something.
Try burning a CD with pleasent noises (like the ocean, a river, etc.).
Flex muscles in your body each for 10-15 seconds (one muscle group at a time)
Read a book until your eyes start to get tired
And finally... Count sheep. Just imagine sheep jumping over a fence, and keep counting them. You can also just imagine something, and that will eventually turn into a dream.
If all that fails, then injure yourself, go to the hospital, then let them put you asleep while they do whatever surgery required. :lol:
