I tried putting Ubuntu 10.10 on it, and it wouldn't let me, cause of the old motherboard it has. I can't even upgrade it to Win 2000, or Win 7 so if you have a spare motherboard as well, and willing to open it up. Also I had a pain connecting to the web with it as well.

I'm liking tablet pc's more now than ever though. This dude Papa (that's what we call him) let me borrow his Asus Eee Pad Transformer for a week (unfortunately I need a new camcorder before I can do a review) and I just love tablet computers now. I'd use it more than my laptop, but my laptop I would only be using if I was gonna do any web development, software development, designing, producing, or video production. At the moment I don't see tablets hitting the market for something like that until they make the software be able to handle the hardware.

I'd like to get a Windows tablet (Asus Eee Slate) but I'd only use it for graphic work, nothing else. So $1,000 would be way to much. That's why I like the Asus Eee Pad Transformer I can open up Sumo Paint and use that. Works great too.
I wanna give the Samsung Galaxy Tab a try.
