First of all,
I would like to say that don't take anything of my post in a negative way, it's just there to help you improve the application.
With that said, let me start by talking about the frame/border. The close,minimize,maximize buttons don't look so good since they are just pictures, if you need to make a custom border/form, then take a look into GDI, and not images.
IMO the file menu is just useless, even though it doesn't take that much space, it could be replaced by a simple gear button (like chrome), or make it hidden, which could be activated by the ALT keyboard button.
Also I would like to point out that the icons are too big, for example, the back & forward buttons. Not only that, but they are all pixelated in a way (low quality, looks very bad), but I'm not sure if that's from the screenshot quality itself.
The bookmarks buttons do not need to be placed on a new line, since that takes up space too, you could add a menu item that toggles the bookmarks manager and have an add bookmark button next to the url bar directly.
All of the above is just from my perspective, you don't have to listen to me, I just posted it incase you wanted to improve it.
Other than the stuff said above, it's good to see people giving the effort making applications, no matter if you are beginner (noob) or advanced (expert). Well done cooll;

Well thank you very mtuch I do apreshate what yours saying but if you download it the pixaltion is the screen shot and the gui for the fram granted is a little bad but my GDI skills are just not good tbh soo pics looks beter then anything I could do and the menus do have an option to hide them but for the screen shot I had everything on and the theme is changeable but the user set it from a picture and the books marks system is kinda hard to explain download it and you will see but thank you very mutch for your comment I agree with all you said and will probally make the changes
