You could have done it in the application release topic, or in the 'ObsprO Downloader' or the source release for the ObsprO Downloader...
For example, you could have made an own topic with all of the YouTube rules and just have this discussion there.

1-Make a webbrowser to view videos and when you want to download there is a download button with the (Back,Forward,Refresh..etc)
