The vibration isn't there all the time and I know it's not a defect in the fan. It was just the heavy processes the laptop was running. The vibrations were actually the cd rom which bothered me but it is usual. And vibrations due to the fan were just because of the high speed.
Anyways, problem solved! Just gimme some cool cooling pads links which I can check out to have an idea as which one to buy.
