I don't like begging but on the main post it has my paypal information so you can send some money there if you would like to help out.

If you really want the software so bad, then back up your stuff and format your computer, I think that will allow you another 30 days trial. I'm not sure about it though.

I don't just want it... I NEED it. Also formatting will not work.

If you need it then you will have to use whatever means to get it.
Otherwise you can always set up a virtual machine and install a trial on there.

Tell your teacher you cannot afford it.

There's only a couple of options.

If he says to find a way, then either try what mandai said or quit the class.

Those are, literally, your only options, I think.

Here's an analogy: If I volunteered to street race in a sports car-only race, and can't get a sports car, either find a way to get one or don't race.

You can either pirate the app (I don't recommend this as it's illegal. Also remember what the government's doing with it. SOPA, PIPA, ACTA, ring any bells?), use the free trial of the application, or simply just tell your teacher, and be honest with your situation.

If your teacher wants you to use Microsoft Access then simply the school, or teacher must provide the tools. Otherwise how are you gonna learn?

If this becomes an issue with your teacher contact your principal. If further problems occur you could possibly bring the law into it. However that's entirely upto you, and you also need to remember each state has different laws.

You could also try and persuade him into letting you use a different application.

My teacher is nice i cant just tell him to screw off and then take an F. I need this to graduate. I have a B+ and if i get an F i go to a F-. Then i fail.

Im not pirating it, trial is over, cant sell things on ebay, all my options are gone.

There is nothing stopping you from setting up a virtual machine to install the trial. It might take some time, but that would be more productive than just hoping for a donation.
