Alright, so here's an application which can convert your audio/video files to some standard Media Formats.

It's very small and lightweight, so you can use it as a portable application.

When I try to create an MP3 file from a FLV video it says No such file or directory
Though the target directory does exist.

It is possible to replicate this issue if the output file path contains a space. This kind of issue can be resolved by using quote marks to separate the command line parameters.
